The Brazilians all seemed proud of their bodies. At Copacabana beach, there were all sorts of sizes and shapes of various bits of human anatomy on display. The only common factor was the lack of coverage!

Favela Kids

Growing up is tough within the slums of Brazil's infamous shanty towns. The word favela is usually associated with drugs and poverty. The ramshackle and claustrophobic maze of streets contrast strongly with the affluence of neighbouring beaches and skyscrapers.

These kids were full of smiles and loved playing up to the camera. They seemed to have no care in the world despite their poverty-stricken surroundings.
